Toscano Bridal Real Bride: Daniella and Michael
For our first Real Bride Wedding this year, we share the classic and stylish wedding of Brisbane couple Daniella and Michael. Gorgeous golden hues, contrast with wild flowers and smart blues create a sophisticated style with a modern edge.
On the blog today, Daniella shares with us the story of how the two meet and some of their special moments from their day.
Bride: Daniella
Groom: Michael
Wedding Date: 2 October 2015
When and how we met?
We met in 2009 at a music festival through mutual friends. We had a great night dancing, however it was not until a few months after that when we actually started dating!
Style concept for your wedding:
Gold and Native flowers. Classic.
Inspiration for your wedding:
My mother always liked native flowers and I loved the gold foil look on our invitations so I used that throughout the styling. I had also picked a dress that was coloured a little more on the champagne side of white so that worked in well.
The best advice I was given:
To take time out to enjoy the day together.
To enjoy the food!
To wear comfortable shoes!
Your Hen’s night:
Was fabulous thanks to my one and only best bridesmaid, my sister. She organised a cooking class, yoga in the park, makeup at the hotel, karaoke, dinner and a night out. All my favourite things in one day. The best day ever!
